Dark Meat Chicken (Chicken Raised Without Antibiotics), Rice Noodles (Rice Flour, Water), Dried Cabbage, Powdered Chicken Broth, Grapeseed Oil, Ginger, Dried Scallion, Dried Shallots, Fish Sauce Powder (Anchovies, Salt, Maltodextrin), Crystallized Lime (Citric Acid, Lime Oil, Lime Juice), Sea Salt, Dried Cilantro, Dried Shiitake Mushroom Powder, Dried Jalapeno, Dried Cloves, Cinnamon, Star Anise

DIRECTIONS:

1. Tear pouch open and REMOVE oxygen absorber and lime packet(s) (1 lime packet for single serving, two for double serving).
2. SINGLE SERVING Add a little more than one and a half cups (400ML) of BOILING (yes, boiling) water to bag.
3. DOUBLE SERVING Add three and a third cups (800ML) of BOILING (yes, boiling) water to bag.
4. STIR and reseal. HANG OUT for 10 minutes. Think about how big the universe is.
5. OPEN. Add lime packet contents (to taste). STIR AGAIN. EAT. SMILE.
6. Rehydration will take LONGER at higher altitudes.
